Our Official Policy regarding refunds is that all sales are final.

Our reasoning is that we distribute fully digital products, products that we cannot ensure are not copied / duplicated in some manner once downloaded, and thus cannot be ‘returned’ to us in the event of a refund. We keep detailed software / hardware compatibility info updated and easily accessible via our FAQ and System Requirements pages, as well as overview pages for each of our purchasable projects so that users can make informed decisions before a purchase. We also attempt to impress upon users the importance of reading these pages before purchase, via a warning at the top of the Store page, and a popup during the checkout process requiring your acknowledgement of our System Requirements and Refund Policy before a purchase can be made.
